This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 261 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506, 448/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that because of trivial dispute the parties have entered into fight and also considering the nature of injury sustained by the injured, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26074 of 2021(2) dt.03-03-2022 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Jamui, in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 261 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
