Learned counsel for the petitioner outrightly submits that during pendency of this writ petition the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed and petitioner has been paid all the dues amount in the account of pension and gratuity and the Accountant General by the letter dated 30.06.2021 has issued the authority slip in favour of the petitioner as such the present application has become infructuous.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.
