Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and 17 of the C.L.A. Act, 1967.

According to FIR, some unknown person had committed murder of the father of the informant. Submission is that name of the petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Munna Singh and Ramesh Singh. Similarly situated coaccused-Krishna Singh has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court and co-accused Ramesh Singh has been allowed bail by this Court vide Annexure-3 Series.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23355 of 2018 (2) dt.24-04-2018 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Guraru Police Station Case No.100 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
