Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a),38(1) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Petitioner is in custody since 21.01.2019. Nepali liquor was allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

No.16479 of 2019(2) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Special Case No.106 of 2019 arising out of Jogbani Police Station Case No.23 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
