Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in Banka P.S. Case No. 165/2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 419/420/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6/10 of the Bihar Examination Control Act. In the matriculation examination, somebody else was appearing for the petitioner impersonating himself as the petitioner.

Petitioner is the beneficiary and he cannot be absolved of the criminal liability.

Under the facts and circumstances, this is not a fit
