JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,467,468,471 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that co accused Dasai Sharma got the mutation done on the basis of forged Parcha with regard to a land and the petitioner also conspired with Dasai Sharma. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was not sent up for trial but after differing with the final form, cognizance has been taken. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 130 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
