The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is father in law of the victim of dowry death. Husband of the victim is already in custody. Petitioner is in custody since 10.01.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. The Informant has filed a compromise petition in this case before the learned Court below vide annexure 2. Considering the aforesaid fact as well as the fate of the trial after written application of the informant vide annexure 2, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two
