JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-03-2019 Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was dismissed vide order dated 06.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60759 of 2018 and there is allegation against the petitioner is of firing on the informant causing grievous injury to him. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has been judicial custody for about eight months and still the case has not been committed to the court of sessions.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. However, learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the commitment of the trial and once commitment is
