JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 20-04-2016 In view of the earlier order passed by this Court in C.W.J.C.No.14042 of 2005 on an application filed by this petitioner along with one other, this writ petition is not maintainable and even if the order so passed placed at Annexure-1 has not been complied by the Municipal Commissioner, the remedy for the petitioner would lie in a separate proceeding and not in a second writ petition which is accordingly disposed of.
