The petitioner seeks bail in Piprahi P.S. Case No. 230 of 2020 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 15 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 13.09.2021. It is submitted that charge has been framed and one witness has been examined on behalf of prosecution and petitioner is in custody since 14.10.2020. Considering the period of custody and stage of trial, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
