JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are languishing in custody since 08.06.2017 in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 156/2017 registered for the offences instituted under Section 393/34 of the IPC.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that the petitioners attempted to snatch Rs. 39,000/- from the informant. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 08.06.2017 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. They have got no criminal antecedent. They have been made accsued in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42518 of 2017 (2) dt.19-09-2017 2/2 present case due to mistake of fact. There is no allegation of tampering with the witnesses alleged against the petitioners. Due to political rivalry the petitioners have been made accused in the present case.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the State that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. VI, East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 156/2017.
