The petitioner seeks bail in Khajauli P.S. Case No. 142 of 2017 registered under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to have purchased two stolen motorcycles and said motorcycles are said to have been recovered from his tent house.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case at the instance of his enemy. He runs business of tent and had purchased the second hand motorcycle from its owner in connection with the business without knowing the same to be stolen. There is no

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28411 of 2018 (2) dt.09-05-2018 2/2 complaint regarding theft of the aforesaid motorcycles. He has no criminal antecedent. He has been languishing in custody since 18.11.2017.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Madhubani in connection with Khajauli P.S.
