The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 64 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-v)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and Section 30(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Recovery of arms and ammunition and illicit liquor has been made from the house of the petitioner. In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.

Petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within two weeks from today. If the petitioner does not surrender within the stipulated period, the Superintendent of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16151 of 2022(3) dt.16-05-2022 2/2 Police, Buxar is directed to take all steps for arrest of the accused persons in this case.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Buxar for its compliance through FAX and e-mail forthwith.
