2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with N.D.P.S. G.R. Case No. 84 of 2024 arising out of Haraiya P.S. Case No. 14 of 2024 registered for the offences under Sections 8(c), 20 (b)(ii)(c), 21(b), 22 (c), 24 and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.
3. The prosecution case in nutshell is that charas was recovered from the house of one Anwari Khatoon and eight persons were arrested including the petitioner. They have said that they were being given charas to sell them across the border in small pouches.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14925 of 2025(2) dt.06-05-2025 2/3 petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel further submits that similarly situated accused persons namely Aayush Kumar Singh, Prince Kumar and Rajan Kumar have been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 06.03.2025, 06.03.2025 and 09.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 10122/2025, 10281/2025 and 2409/2025 respectively. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has clean antecedent and is in custody since 01.10.2024.
5. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and taking into account that other similarly situated accused persons namely Aayush Kumar Singh, Prince Kumar and Rajan Kumar have been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 06.03.2025, 06.03.2025 and 09.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 10122/2025, 10281/2025 and 2409/2025 respectively, let the petitioner above-named be enlarged on bail on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14925 of 2025(2) dt.06-05-2025 3/3 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge/ Special Judge, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with N.D.P.S. G.R. Case No. 84 of 2024 arising out of Haraiya P.S. Case No. 14 of 2024 .
