The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:

(i) To pay the salary of daily wage to the petitioner with revised salary Rs. 15,000/-/month (Rupees fifteen thousand per month) with fifteen percent additional amount as per Government Letter No. 199664 dated 04.09.2014.

(ii) To pay the dues arrears of the daily wages to the petitioner revised daily wage salary as per Government Letter No. 199664 dated 04.09.2014,

Patna High Court CWJC No.6377 of 2016(7) dt.23-04-2024 2/2 which dues since 01.08.2014 (iii) To grant any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has submitted his representation on 27.01.2015 along with other before the respondent authority regarding revised daily wages salary in the light of Government Letter No. 199664 dated 04.09.2014 and the same was recommended to the concerned authority, but till date, petitioner has not received any increased salary from the respondents.

In compliance of the order dated 18.03.2024 passed by this Court, a supplementary counter-affidavit was filed on behalf of the State, whereby the respondents had taken categorical stand that the letter no. 199664 dated 04.09.2014 and letter no. 373354 dated 30.05.2018 are with respect to the contractual employees and it is admitted fact that the petitioner is not contractual employee, rather he is a daily wager. 5.

In view of the aforesaid, no case is made out for interference of this Court.
