JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-03-2019 The petitioner, who is the widowed mother-in-law of the informant, seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 255 of 2018, dated 10.08.2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 498(A), 328 and 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The allegation in the F.I.R. is general and omnibus and only because the petitioner happens to be the mother of

Considering the facts aforestated and taking into account the general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner, she, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the present order, is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 255 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
