1. The limited prayer, made by the petitioner, in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to remove encroachment made over the public land, appertaining to Khata No. 748, Khesra No. 341, situated at village Akhtiarpur Sehan, P.S. Mahua within district of Vaishali, which is Gair Mazarua Bihar Sarkar land.

2. Having regard to the limited prayer, made by the petitioner in the present case, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no.6 i.e. the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4039 of 2024(2) dt.13-05-2024 2/2 Circle Officer, Chchera Kalan Mahua, Vaishali for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.
