2. The petitioners are seeking bail in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 600 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 80, 238, 351(2), 352, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nayay Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, the marriage of the daughter of the informant was solemnized with Ganesh Jha two years ago and subsequently thereafter her husband and in-laws made dowry demand and tortured her for non-fulfillment of the same. It is alleged that on 14.12.2025, the informant came to know that her daughter has died. On enquiry from the nearby people, the informant came to know that the husband had killed

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioner No.1 is the elder brother of the husband of the deceased and petitioner No.2 is the mother-in-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegations against them. It has been submitted that the husband of the deceased is in custody. The petitioners lived separately from the husband of the deceased and they have got no concern with their day-to-day affairs. Petitioners are in custody since 20.12.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Madhubani, in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 600 of 2025.
