For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondent authorities to not to send records of registry office relating to newly created district Begusarai, Jamui, Lakhisarai, Sheikhpura, Khagaria from Munger to aforesaid newly created registry office because there is no proper infrastructure or proper place to keep the records of registry office in the aforesaid district head quarter.
ii. For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction for grant of ad-interim stay of the aforesaid orders of the respondents contained in Annexure-1 of the writ petitioner during the pendency of this writ petition.
iii. For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction for grant of any other relief or reliefs which may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."
After the matter was heard for some time, finding the Court not in favour of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, states that the petitioner shall be content if the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum and to take recourse to such other alternate remedies which are equally efficacious in law. Prayer allowed.
The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
