2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant by butt of the pistol due to which he sustained injury. Doctor has found injury simple in nature . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Considering the nature of injury and clean antecedent of the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten
