The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 277 of 2018 registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the direct and specific allegation made in the FIR against the petitioner that just four days after her marriage she repeatedly assaulted her husband with garasi as a result of which he died, I am not inclined to grant her bail. The application is rejected.
