The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Samastipur (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 535/2021, registered for the offences under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Recovery is from public place.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
