2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 28.10.2024, seeks regular bail in connection with Dhanrua P.S. Case No. 291 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals looted 64 parcels and Rs. 14,117 from the informant.

4. Some of the looted goods have been recovered pursuant to the statement of the petitioner form the house of the co-accused Satya Kumar. The petitioner has three criminal antecedents.

5. Considering the gravity of the offence as well as the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
