JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-04-2019 This application under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner against the order dated 08.08.2013 passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Bakhri, Begusarai in Case No. 247 of 2013 whereby the proceeding pending in Case No. 83 of 2013 under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') has been converted into a proceeding under Section 145 of the Cr.P.C.

In view of the availability of statutory remedy of

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.731 of 2019(2) dt.29-04-2019 2/2 revision against the order impugned and the same having not been availed of for the last six years, I am not inclined to entertain this application in extraordinary writ jurisdiction. The application is dismissed.
