Victim aged about 16 years had alleged against the petitioner who happens to be her Mausera Bhai to have kidnapped her. Even her request was unheeded by him. Lastly, after getting signalled from his brother, he carried the victim, then escaped. Prayer for bail is rejected.

If so advised, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after examination of victim.
