2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 557 of 2025, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 310(4), 310(5), 111 of B.N.S., Sections- 25(1-B) (a), 26, 35 of Arms Act and Sections 8, 20(B) IIB of N.D.P.S. Act.

The case of the prosecution, in short, as per the informant is that on 17.11.2025 at about 17:20, he was checking vehicle with other police personnel near Nijamat okhara, he got a secret information that some criminals were planning for committing major crime near village-Indauli Collectric Pokhra. On this information, informant reached on spot at about 21:15. Seeing the police force, the persons, who were gathered there

No.14643 of 2026(3) dt.29-04-2026 2/3 started fleeing but with the help of police, three persons were nabbed and they disclosed their name as Ranjan Kumar Giri, Golu Kumar Singh, Dipanshu Kumar Singh @ Rocky Singh and also disclosed the name of fleeing persons as Kanchan Singh, Bullet Yadav (petitioner herein). Upon search, a loaded pistol, cartridges, and a mobile phone were recovered from Ranjan Kumar Giri. A knife and a mobile phone were recovered from Golu Kumar Singh. A country-made firearm (katta) was recovered from Dipanshu Kumar Singh. Another accused, Sujit Kumar @ Sujit Mafia, was also found carrying a loaded country-made firearm and live cartridges. Upon searching his bag, approximately 2 kg of ganja was recovered. He further disclosed the names of additional absconding associates.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. No incriminating article was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the alleged ganza was recovered from a co-accused Dipanshu Kumar Singh. He further further submits that the petitioner has two criminal antecedents.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer of anticipatory bail.

6. From the perusal of the record, it appears that the

In the bail application, he claims that he was having clean antecedent whereas during the investigation, it was found that the petitioner bears two criminal antecedents. The petitioner thus actively concealed his two criminal antecedents, under this circumstance, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
