The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 470/2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 380 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that on the order of Md. Kashim (the petitioner) his sons and others abused and assaulted the informant and also took away different articles but no specific allegation of assault is made against the petitioner. It is submitted that from the FIR it would appear that Shahnaz, daughter of the petitioner was married to Sufiyan, the brother of the informant. Sufiyan divorced Shahnaz after litigation.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19747 of 2015 (3) dt.02-07-2015 Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 470/2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
