The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 442 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354B, 379, 427, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Case and counter case have been filed between the parties. As per FIR the allegation is that petitioners broke the door of the informant's toilet and assaulted the informant and her husband.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case because of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13244 of 2020(2) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 land dispute and proceeding of section 107 is going on between the parties before S.D.M, Forbesganj. It is further submitted that petitioners have clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of accusation, in the event their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 442 of 2019 , subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
