1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, very fairly submits that evidence has been closed in the case and the trial stands concluded and the case is fixed for arguments.

3. The learned APP for the State, thus, opposes the quashing application and submits that since trial has concluded and the case is fixed for arguments, as such, the Court at this stage should not interfere with the order impugned, it is next submitted that in the event if the petitioner is aggrieved by the final outcome of the trial still he has remedy to pursue in accordance with law.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned APP for the State, the Court is not inclined to entertain the quashing application.

5. Accordingly, the present quashing application stands rejected.
