2. In the instant writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:

"I. For quashing of the order contained memo no.468 dated 9.11.19 whereby and where under the service of the petitioner has been cancelled on contractual basis from the date of joining of dentist doctor on regular appointment.

II. For giving a direction to regularized the service of the petitioner in view of his long service career rendered on the post of Dentist doctor in the department on contractual basis for about nine years.

3. In the instant petition, the petitioner's counsel has submitted that he is not pressing the first prayer.

4. For consideration of 2nd prayer, there is no demand before the competent authority. Therefore, the present petition is disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to submit a detailed representation in respect of 2nd relief sought in the present petition.

5. If such representation is submitted before the competent authority, the competent authority is hereby directed to pass a speaking order and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of submission of such representation.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.
