Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks.

On behalf of the informant, it has been submitted that by order dated 19-12-2020, the process under Sections-82 & 83 of the Cr.P.C. has already been issued against the petitioners and in the light of the same, the present anticipatory bail application is not maintainable.

Considering the aforesaid submission, the present application filed in connection with Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 64

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26190 of 2021(2) dt.08-03-2022 2/2 of 2020 is dismissed as not maintainable.

If the petitioners surrender in the court below and seek regular bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
