The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 14 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 504, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. On the last occasion, opposite party no. 2 has absented herself from appearing before this Court despite specific direction and even today also she is not present.
Considering the attitude adopted by the opposite party no. 2 and that the petitioner is personally present and willing to keep the opposite party no. 2 with full dignity and honour, let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29899 of 2015 (6) dt.09-12-2015 petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 14 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
