The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Ghosi P.S. Case No.136 of 2017 registered under Sections 409, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a woman aged about 65 years old. He also submits that the advance amount withdrawn by joint signature of Panchayat Secretary Ram Kewal Ram and the petitioner has been deposited in the concerned department. No.25843 of 2021(5) dt.11-03-2022 2/2 arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Cheif Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No.136 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
