JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-04-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 256 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 466, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He submits that there is dispute between the parties arises out the Zamabandi. He submits that Sections 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code is not attracted against the petitioner. The allegation against the petitioner in the present case appears to be civil dispute . No.25200 of 2018(2) dt.25-04-2018 2/2 antecedent and the fact that the dispute arose out of creation of Zamabandi, let the petitioner, above named, be released in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., IIIrd, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 256 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
