2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 12 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 325 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is of inflicting a pistol blow which hit the chest of the informant, causing him injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that in the cases mentioned in paragraph no. 3, the petitioner has been acquitted. He has also submitted that he is an old person of 72 years and no specific

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Lakhisarai in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 12 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
