18-06-2015 Heard Sri Kumar Vikramdeo Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Rupouli P.S. Case No. 112 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 338, 379, 332, 333, 435, 224, 325, 426, 427, 434, 440 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act, has prayed for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that ofcourse the petitioner was named as one of the accused in the F.I.R., the F.I.R. itself indicates that about 400-500 persons gathered before the police station due to accident by the bus and mob has committed offence and as such, the petitioner is entitled to be extended the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20268 of 2015 (2) dt.18-06-2015 2/2 I have perused the F.I.R. There is specific accusation against the petitioner.

I do not find any ground for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail.

The petition stands dismissed.
