This is an application for bail in connection with Ghorasahan P.S.Case No. 212 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 326(a), 307, 384, 386, 354, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and other accused person is of throwing acid on the daughter of informant causing injury to her. It further appears from perusal of the FIR that earlier petitioner and one co-accused have kidnapped the daughter of informant and she has been recovered from the house of coaccused. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that allegation is out and out false and petitioner was working at the shop of the informant and there was dispute between them and, as such, he has falsely been implicated in this case and he is in custody since 7.5.2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36695 of 2017 (6) dt.13-11-2017 2/2 Heard learned APP and learned counsel for the informant. They have opposed the prayer for bail. Having heard both sides and in view of facts and circumstances, as stated above, and injury is simple in nature not on the vital part of the body, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dhaka, East Champaran, in connection with Ghorasahan P.S.Case No. 212 of 2017, subject to the following conditions :

(1) One of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned, (2) Petitioner shall co-operate in trial and appear on each and every date in court and on failure to appear on two consecutive dates without any genuine ground or without permission of court, his bail bond shall be cancelled.
