1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of appropriate writ/writs, Order/ Orders in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent Bihar Staff Selection Commission (Hereinafter, be called "Commission") to interview the petitioner, whose counseling was successfully done upon due consideration of her eligibility acquired by having obtained Certificate of Diploma Course

Patna High Court CWJC No.4363 of 2022(2) dt.23-01-2024 2/2 from recognized institute but dehors conditions/provisions as stipulated under the rules, is said to have been debarred on the ground that certificate of Diploma Course of Lab Technician so obtained is from outside the State of Bihar, and further be pleased to direct appointment against the existing vacant posts of Lab Technician under the Advertisement No.- 05010115, after due consideration of eligibility in terms of the Bihar Lab Technician Cadre Rules, 2014 and as amended Bihar Lab Technician Cadre (Amendment) Rules, 2019."

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of her subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
