2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 302, 504, 506/120B of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that it is case of misuse of privilege of bail and petitioner is in custody since 13.1.2025. Charge has already been framed in the case.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, materials collected during investigation and period of custody of the petitioner, his prayer for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of District and Additional Sessions Judge X, Khagaria in Gogri Police Station Case No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14900 of 2025(4) dt.19-12-2025 2/2 361 of 2019, subject to following conditions:- (I)One of the bailors shall be relative of the petitioner. (ii)Petitioner shall cooperate in the trial and shall remain physically present on each and every date, as fixed by the Court and on his absence on two consecutive dates, without prior permission/sufficient reason, their bail-bonds shall liable to be cancelled by the Court below.
