2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner in association of other co-accused is said to have fired upon the son of the informant due to which his son died.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. He is quite innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. There is no eye witness in this case and only on suspicion the petitioner has been made accused in this case. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and

5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposing the bail petition submitted that considering the nature of the allegation, the petitioner does not deserve bail.

6. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The prayer for bail is hereby rejected. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Trivedi/- U
