JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406/506/385/341/323/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that this petitioner along with three friends came to the construction site of the informant and demanded extortion. Subsequently, accused came to the house of the informant and threatened the informant and his wife. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was working as clerk of the informant and when demand for non-paid wages was raised, the present case has been lodged. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named

Case No.585 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
