The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Saharghat P.S. Case No. 180 of 2022 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the illicit liquor has been recovered from the bamboo orchard of the petitioner which is an open place and is accessible to all. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
