1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 337, 341/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is further submitted that specific allegation of assault is against Arun Kumar and Mithun Kumar and the petitioner is alleged to have been standing at the place of occurrence with lathi in hand. It is further submitted that Arun and Mithun had approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No.83066 of 2023 and the same was allowed by a learned coordinate Bench

4. The learned APP opposes the anticipatory bail application.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Maner P.S. Case No.443 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

6. The application stands allowed.
