The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 318 of 2018 for the offences under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and she is in custody since 27.12.2018. He further submits that in the instant petitioner is lady and the F.I.R. was lodged against unknown and only on suspicion petitioner was made accused in this case. Considering the fact that petitioner is a lady and she has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13737 of 2019(2) dt.06-03-2019 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Sri Umesh Prasad, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jehanabad in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 318 of 2018.
