2. The petitioner is in custody since 05.02.2018 in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 63/2017 and Beldaur P.S. No. 63A/2017, arising out of G.R. No 936/2017 for the alleged offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with alleged assault upon the informant causing three injuries including head injury and fracture on both right and left forearms.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged and the criminal antecedents of the petitioner this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25220 of 2018 (2) dt.08-05-2018 The bail petition stands dismissed with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
