2. The petitioner has approached this Court for the following reliefs:- (i) For directing the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, to drop the criminal prosecution arising out of Aurangabad Nagar P.S. Case No.373 of 2014, registered for the offences under Sections 409, 420 of the I.P.C., so far it relates to the proprietorship of the petitioner. (ii) For directing the Magistrate to take

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.533 of 2025(2) dt.28-04-2025 2/2 appropriate decision on the police report submitted by the Investigating Officer in connection with Aurangabad Nagar P.S. Case No.373 of 2014.

(iii) For any other relief for the which the petitioner is found entitled to in the fact and circumstances of the case.

3. The investigation of Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No.373 of 2014, must be concluded within three months from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

4. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the S.P., Aurangabad, forthwith through FAX for its compliance.

5. Accordingly, this application stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
