The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jamalpur P.S. case no. 1 of 2014 for the offence under Sections 147, 504, 139, 384 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and in fact the police after investigation has submitted final form in favour of this petitioner. Considering the fact that the police after investigation submitted final form, the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25246 of 2018 (2) dt.25-04-2018 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Biraul, Benipur in connection with Jamalpur P.S. case no. 1 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
