2. The petitioner apprehends his/her arrest in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 169 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B), 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R, when the police party were on a patrolling duty, they saw a crowd near the A.T.M. booth. On suspicion police party interrogated the persons near the booth and upon search three A.T.M. cards of different banks were recovered from their possession.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has falesly been implicated and he is a person of clean antecedent and nothing
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17248 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 has been recovered from his possession. His name has figured in the confessional statement of co-accused and on similar footing other co-accused persons have been granted bail by the learned court below itself.
5. I see no reason as to why, the same benefit shall not be granted to the petitioner by the learned court below when the other co-accused persons has been granted bail on the similar footing.
6. With these observations, this bail petition stands disposed of with the observation that he shall appear before the learned court below and makes a prayer for regular bail. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Sudha/- U T
