2. The petitioners apprehends their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 74, 303(2), 352, 351(2) (5) of the B.N.S.
3. As per F.I.R., on 06.10.2024 due to previous dispute all the accused persons named in the F.I.R. including these petitioners abused and assaulted the informant and his
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15447 of 2025(2) dt.07-04-2025 2/3 family members by lathi, danda and rod. It is further alleged that these petitioners also committed theft of gold locket and silver chain.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Both the parties are gotias and due to petty dispute quarrel took place. Case and counter case between the parties. There is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners. Petitioners claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and allegation against these petitioners are general and omnibus in nature, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners are allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest /surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 662 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15447 of 2025(2) dt.07-04-2025 3/3 Section 482 (2) of the B.N.S.
