2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Tisiauta P.S. Case No. 97 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(a) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 7 and 8 of the POCSO Act.
3. As per allegation, the accused persons including the petitioner kidnapped the daughter of the informant.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that in her statement recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS, the victim did not support the prosecution case. She has solemnized marriage with
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16479 of 2025(3) dt.12-05-2025 2/2 the petitioner, and a child has been born out of the wedlock of the couple. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedents and under custody since 25.10.2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, is directed to furnish bail bond and on doing so, the court below shall release the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge POCSO, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Tisiauta P.S. Case No. 97 of 2023, subject to the following conditions that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
